Southern BBQ with a northern twist is now available in Central Vermont - Ed's Barrr-B-Q. What started as a family owned business in early 2005 by Ed & Gloria Lamorey has expanded by adding Rob Della Santa as a partner. As a result of this new partnership, Ed's Barrr-B-Q recently opened a restaurant in downtown Barre, VT. What was a growing business offering BBQ sauces and rubs along with catering and concession services is now much more. Renovations are still under way upstairs in our new home, but we just couldn't wait to start serving - so we are offering dine-in or take-out Wednesday through Saturday 11am - 9pm.
